Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Digestore LLC ("Digestore LLC", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating the ClickBoost brand and the website clickboost.ma (the "Service"), offers refunds for purchases made through the Service. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Overview

Because we provide professional marketing and client-acquisition services that involve dedicated time, strategy, setup, and third-party advertising spend, our refund terms are designed to be fair to both you and the Company. We encourage you to review the scope of any engagement carefully before purchasing.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You request the refund within 14 days [ADJUST] of your original purchase; and
  • Work on your engagement has not yet started (no onboarding, strategy, setup, or advertising spend has been initiated); and
  • The purchase is not within a category listed as non-refundable below.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Services or deliverables that have already been performed or delivered;
  • Advertising spend already deployed on third-party platforms;
  • Setup, onboarding, and one-time configuration fees;
  • Custom work created specifically for you (funnels, creatives, automations, etc.);
  • Third-party fees, tools, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf;
  • Discounted, promotional, or "final sale" purchases, where indicated at the time of purchase.

4. Partially Completed Engagements

If work has begun but is not yet complete, any refund (where granted at our discretion) will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the value of services already rendered, advertising spend already deployed, and any non-refundable fees described above.

5. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

For any recurring or subscription-based service, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unless required by law, payments already made for the current cycle are non-refundable [ADJUST], and you will retain access until the end of that cycle.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@clickboost.ma with your name, the email used for the purchase, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to verify your purchase.

7. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through our payment processor (Stripe) to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days [ADJUST], though the time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

8. Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of the Service. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that is inconsistent with this Refund Policy.
